Phoebe Briggs

After finishing VCE at ELTHAM College in 1987, Phoebe completed a Bachelor of Music at Melbourne University. She was a member of the Opera Australia music staff from 2002 to 2012 and in October 2012 took up the position of Head of Music at Victorian Opera.

Nadine Delbridge

Attended ELTHAM 1974 - 1986

Nadine Delbridge

Nadine was a foundation student at ELTHAM College commencing in 1974 in 3 year old Kinder. She left the College at the end of 1986 and completed her VCE at Ivanhoe Girls Grammar. Nadine returned to the College between 1992 and 2001 teaching violin, viola and taking group classes and ensembles. Whilst teaching at ELTHAM she freelanced on violin and viola before obtaining a fulltime viola position with Orchestra Victoria in 2002. Nadine has also taught at numerous other schools around Melbourne and currently combines teaching within her private studio at home and at Melbourne High School, with the Orchestra (playing for the Australian Ballet, Australian Opera and Victorian Opera) with two young children.

Hamish McGregor

Attended ELTHAM 1988 - 1993

Hamish McGregor

After finishing VCE at ELTHAM College in 1993 Hamish attended the Victorian College of the Arts. After graduating in 1999 he wrote the soundtrack to the feature film, ‘King of the Mountain’ starring Kate Kendall, Kick Curry, and Monica Morne among others. During this time he worked in bands and did session work. In 2002 he became music manager of The Loft in Melbourne, and booking manager for various artists including Kate Ceberano, Renee Geyer, Vince Johnes and Slave Girgoryan. Hamish returned to ELTHAM College teaching guitar from 2004 to 2012. His main focus now is his events band, Full Circle, which he started in 2009.
